It is a standard mass-produced item, eliminating custom mould lead time and extra costs. Its curved transition smoothly joins two perpendicular straight screens, removing visual breaks, dark corners and disjointed look caused by traditional sharp 90° splicing, and significantly expanding the effective viewing zone for more immersive 3D depth effect.
The corner unit shares identical locking mechanism, protection grade, driving system and point calibration workflow with its matching straight cabinets. Seam alignment is consistent, making assembly, tuning and maintenance straightforward on site.
